Aluminium Bending Specialists have the most extensive space in the UK. We can bend up to 400mm section size aluminium extrusions/sections and up to 700mm in sectional size. ABS can work on a wide range of projects and scales. ABS can bend all aluminium sections provided by UK and Ireland system companies, whilst thermally broken and painted aluminium window sections can be curved up to 7000mm.

ABS has a passionate and dedicated staff of 20 specialists who operate on a 2 shift basis. Our team have considerable years in the aluminium bending industry and are proud to bring quality to every project we’re given.
Our machines have the ability to bend aluminium extrusions but also materials such as brass, stainless and steel sections. Architectural purposes also benefit from elliptical curves using specialist tools.
Our well-equipped, in-house tooling facility allows ABS to modify and produce bending tools efficiently and economically, using top-of-the-range equipment which is consistently monitored and updated.
